Operational Excellence Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Excellence Manager to oversee the implementation of process improvements and optimize logistics, inventory control, product storage, and distribution processes.

  • Develop and implement operational planning for the Business Unit, managing multidisciplinary teams to enhance logistics efficiency, minimize waste, and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Promote business sustainability through innovative solutions and result-driven initiatives, aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Oversee all processes related to Logistics, Maintenance, and Purchasing/Procurement, ensuring cost optimization and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate and supervise Licenses, Permits, Certificates, and QRA requirements, maintaining close relationships with commercial areas.
  • Ensure operation safety and security, adhering to risk regulations and promoting employee discipline.
  • Manage operating costs, preparing monthly reports and demonstration tables on area performance.
  • Responsible for Inventory Management, including annual physical inventory organization and stock item count verification.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in logistics operations.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience leading and managing teams.
  • Skilled in fostering cross-functional relationships and driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with integrated business management systems (ERP) is a plus.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a solution-driven mindset.
  • Confident decision-maker with a critical, analytical approach to challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adept at planning, prioritizing, and monitoring tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative spirit.
  • Fluent in English.
