At our organization, we're seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator to implement and maintain databases ensuring high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily administration of multiple MySQL replica sets.
- Optimize large complex datasets, troubleshoot query performance issues, and assist with migrating datasets to cloud environments.
- Maintain and improve administration scripts, establish data security standards, controls, and monitoring.
- Implement improvements with high availability, disaster recovery, and backup/recovery solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of MySQL administration experience and 5+ years of Linux experience with bash scripting required.
- 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms, GCP preferred, and self-directing project completion skills.
- Familiarity with database monitoring tools like Percona MySQL Monitor and advanced English level.
