We are seeking a talented professional to join our team of financial experts. As a key member, you will collaborate closely with senior managers and partners to identify and evaluate investment opportunities that drive significant value creation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance or business administration, with previous experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Support senior managers and partners in deal origination activities, including target sourcing, evaluation, and preparation of financial statements;
  • Communicate with entrepreneurs and business leaders to introduce our company and evaluate fit with our investment mandate;
  • Lead day-to-day contact with executive teams of companies we are evaluating;
  • Participate in execution activities, including data gathering, analysis, and material preparation, as well as managing deal evaluation processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BA or equivalent with emphasis in finance/business administration, accounting, statistics, or economics;
  • Previous experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or related fields;
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently;
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
