Financial Planning Manager Role

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability by managing the annual budget, leading a team of financial analysts, and ensuring compliance with financial control processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the annual budget and its revisions
  • Lead a team of financial analysts
  • Review and improve the financial control process and ensure compliance
  • Review variances of business unit overheads versus budget and expense re-estimates with business unit leaders
  • Follow up on corrective actions
  • Identify issues and eliminate unnecessary spending
  • Prepare financial reports for top management and the Board of Directors
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in all areas of the business
  • Support the Director of Control with day-to-day operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in economics or industrial engineering
  • MBA, or Master's in Finance
  • 10+ years of finance experience (controlling, FP&A, accounting)
  • 2+ years of experience in a Financial Planning Manager position in a multinational company
  • Excellent communication skills with an advanced level of English
