Job SummaryWe are looking for a seasoned Controller to assist us in achieving our Strategic Plan by collaborating with the Financial Controller on an information system to optimize business performance monitoring. This role will also oversee our core processes and identify areas for improvement.
Main Responsibilities- Participate in the annual budget preparation and quarterly reviews
- Oversee monthly accounts closing
- Manage customer billing processes and payments to suppliers
- Generate management information for Senior Management and the Board of Directors
- Identify deviations and follow-up on corrective actions
- Define rules and procedures for the organization
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced or graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Actuary, or Business Administration
- Proficient English language skills
