Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain equipment to achieve optimal performance, quality, cost-effectiveness, timely delivery, sustainability, and high morale targets
  • Execute all standard work processes using autonomous maintenance (AM) and progressive maintenance (PM) standards
  • Perform shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stop reductions loss analysis, and breakdown elimination to minimize downtime

Essential requirements include machine operation, TPM-Total Productive Maintenance Tools, safety and quality standards for operating machinery, reading and writing proficiency, and fluent language skills as appropriate to the site.
