Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes across global production sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize complex manufacturing processes in collaboration with global production teams, ensuring robust, cost-effective, and scalable production technologies.
  • Provide hands-on support to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues in live production environments, using your expertise to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure consistent product quality, working closely with cross-functional teams to align process development with business objectives.
  • Lead or contribute to technical projects aimed at introducing new manufacturing technologies, tools, and methods, promoting innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Analyze production data and technical performance metrics to support decision-making and report findings to stakeholders, using data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation in compliance with industry standards and company requirements, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to support business operations.
  • Act as a mentor and knowledge resource for junior engineers and technicians, promoting continuous learning and development through on-the-job training and coaching.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering (or equivalent field).
  • Solid knowledge of manufacturing equipment and process monitoring, with experience in developing and implementing process improvements.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
