Production Planner

As a Production Planner, you will be responsible for overlooking and optimizing our production schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our products.
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing resources.
- Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, manufacturing, and logistics, to coordinate and streamline production processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock of raw materials and finished goods.
- Analyze production data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic changes.
- Work with the production team to address any challenges or disruptions to the production schedule and propose effective solutions.
- Utilize advanced planning tools and software to enhance efficiency and accuracy in production planning.Standardize the planning process AÇU and KAL operations;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, International Relations, International trade or related areas
- Intermediate/Fluent English (able to communicate well and lead meetings)
- Desire experience in production planning or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Desire experience in using production planning software and tools (Excel, Advanced Planning and Scheduling it will be a differential).
