Nurse Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Lead Nurse in our rehabilitation department.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation nursing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Quality Patient Care Service Delivery
- Assess patient status, identify unstable medical conditions, and take appropriate action.
- Direct staff to accomplish staff job results.
- Evaluate the quality of care provided by staff and make recommendations for improvement.
- Translate institutional goals, values, and objectives to staff and others.
- Establish and support the attainment of hospital and departmental goals.
- Maintain compliance with professional, regulatory, and governmental standards of care.
- Apply quality improvement techniques to improve deficiencies.
- Develop channels of communication that enhance working relations and service delivery between nursing shifts, units, and hospitals.
- Establish cooperative, collaborative relationships among disciplines and departments.
Qualifications:
An Associate's Degree in Nursing is required, with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. 2-4 years of experience as a rehab staff nurse is required, with prior supervisory experience preferred. A Registered Nurse license is required, and Basic Life Support/CPR certification is also necessary. Certification in Rehabilitation Nursing is preferred.
