YOUR ROLE

• Our IT division acts as a consultant and initiator of progressive IT technologies and value-generating applications. Collaborating closely with various departments, it crafts a broad spectrum of solutions for Dr. Oetker's national companies globally. Additionally, the IT team provides guidance to the departments on aligning their business architecture and enhancing their processes, while also participating in the design of new business models. The team, comprising individuals from various countries, is driving digital transformation at Dr. Oetker.

• You can expect to work with a highly motivated and skilled international team that operates independently and takes responsibility. This environment presents numerous opportunities for in-depth exchange and personal growth across different areas.

• You will assist our colleagues in the Americas region and globally in production planning and procurement.

• Primarily, you will engage in support activities, but you will also advise colleagues worldwide on strategic large-scale initiatives, international rollouts, and smaller projects concerning the utilization of production planning and procurement systems (such as SAP PP, MM).

• Your responsibilities will include analyzing requirements, selecting and coordinating external service providers, and continuously developing and optimizing existing software solutions.

• You can look forward to engaging and challenging tasks in production planning and procurement, utilizing innovative technologies.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• A degree in business informatics or a similar field, along with several years of professional experience in production and procurement environments.

• Strong knowledge of SAP PP and MM, along with related modules, and experience in developing maintenance strategies with relevant interface knowledge.

• Familiarity with SAP solutions for legal business requirements (e.g., Brazil and Mexico), including expertise in nota fiscal and GRC for Brazil.

• Skills in requirements gathering, along with the ability to implement solutions through customization and development specifications, concept creation, test support, and enhancements to existing systems.

• Initial experience in leading small to medium-sized projects.

• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a solution-oriented manner.

• Proficient English skills, strong intercultural competence, and excellent communication abilities complete your profile.
