As a Data Insights Specialist, you will join our team and contribute to the development of technology solutions that enhance the mortgage loan process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in organizational analysis to identify current capabilities and opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather business requirements that affect technology systems and engage with technology partners to develop solutions through the technology change process.
  • Write and communicate requirements and user stories following a standardized Agile framework.
  • Work effectively inside a Scrum or Kanban team.
  • Document acceptance criteria for user stories with guidance.
  • Collaborate with Tech Leads and UAT to define when user stories are done.
  • Manage stakeholders and teams of people across functional areas to implement a project.
  • Coordinate risk assessment and use risk assessment output to help mitigate risks to projects.
  • Participate in backlog grooming sessions for ongoing roadmap planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in business analysis, product management, or Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Highly proficient in G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • A team player with a strong desire to learn and contribute, with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
  • Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment.
