Key Responsibilities:- Manage and resolve end-user IT requests via phone calls and ticketing system.
- Create and allocate new IT requests, work on Level 1 tickets, and communicate with vendors and internal staff.
- Maintain inventory, report analytics, and follow standard procedures for purchasing supplies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and customer service mindset.
- Possesses strong interest in learning new skills and technologies, with advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively.
