As an audiologist, you play a vital role in our mission to improve the quality of life for people with hearing loss.
Our team is dedicated to excellence in hearing care, and we're seeking a skilled professional who shares our passion for providing personalized solutions and cutting-edge technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clients with hearing loss, interpreting audiometric tests and other clinical information.
- Select and fit hearing aids and accessories based on each client's specific needs.
- Conduct sales processes, ensuring alignment with commercial policies and customer satisfaction.
- Perform fine-tuning and monitor the performance of hearing aids, adapting to client needs.
- Implement treatment programs, providing ongoing support throughout the client's hearing journey.
- Accurately record service details, sales, and follow-ups in our internal system.
- Engage with both active and inactive clients, creating new opportunities for sales and growth.
- Promote campaigns and programs, driving sales and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Audiology, with an active professional license (CRFa or equivalent).
- Strong interest in hearing care and commercial performance.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and client focus.
- Organization, responsibility, and proactivity in service delivery and record keeping.
- Previous experience in hearing aid sales and working with senior clients is a plus.
