We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to play a key role in this mission, combining technical expertise, empathy, and active listening to provide meaningful care journeys for every client.
Your responsibilities:
Welcome and assess clients with hearing loss, interpreting audiometric tests and other clinical information.
Select, recommend, and fit hearing aids (HAs) and accessories based on each client's specific needs.
Conduct the sales process for the recommended products, ensuring alignment with our commercial policies.
Perform fine-tuning and monitor the performance of hearing aids, ensuring adaptation and client satisfaction.
Implement our Treatment Program, providing continuous support throughout the client's hearing journey.
Accurately record information in our internal system, including service details, sales, and follow-ups.
Reach out to both active and inactive clients, creating new opportunities for sales and engagement.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Audiology, with an active professional license.
Genuine interest in working with hearing care and commercial performance.
Strong communication skills, empathy, and client focus.
Organization, responsibility, and proactivity in service delivery and record keeping.
