Job Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer support as the initial point of contact for end-user requests.
- Effectively manage IT requests, troubleshoot Level 1 tickets, and collaborate with vendors and internal IT staff.
- Monitor open tickets, analyze Service Desk performance metrics, and adhere to standard procedures for procurement and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate records of all new and retired assets.
- Assist with administrative duties and special projects assigned by IT leadership.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with adaptability to changing priorities.
- Display a strong interest in learning new technologies and skills.
- Exhibit a customer-centric work mindset, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in IT support, administration, or customer service is highly valued.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office applications (O365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
- Able to quickly learn and apply new computer programs and applications.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow established protocols.
- Effective communication of technical information to diverse audiences.
- Inventory management expertise is a significant asset.
