Role Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and success of our Tymy product in Brazil. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, focusing on meeting customer needs and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Develop a product strategy and vision for Tymy product in Brazil that meet users' needs and support business growth
- Identify and prioritize tasks based on their commercial impact, develop and implement strategies that drive business success
- Take ownership of the product roadmap, ensuring a balanced approach that aligns short-term goals with a long-term vision based on data analytics
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, analysts, researcher, business teams (sales & marketing)
- Support the product at all stages: launch, onboarding, legal approvals if required, maintain etc.
- Conducting Custdev and UX research, identifying product growth points
- Prioritizing tasks for the development team, grooming, and backlog management
- Creating technical specifications for designers and developers
- Creating User Stories, CJM
- Collecting feedback from support, customer service, and other channels
- Take part in negotiations with heads of departments of client companies, identify their needs and formulate commercial terms and offers if required

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Product manager/product manager within the fintech/e-commerce sector for at least 3 years
- In-depth knowledge of B2B fintech/e-commerce trends, technologies, and customer behaviors
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with product metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Fluency in English (B2 or higher)
