Job Description

The Senior Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Lean Construction Certification and/or PMP Certification is a plus.
  • Over 7 years' experience in similar responsibilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English are mandatory.
