Job Description

The Senior Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets and identifying areas for cost savings.
  • Coordinate and manage project risk, developing and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, including project status, risks, and issues.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Lean Construction Certification and/or PMP Certification is a plus.
  • Over 7 years' experience in similar responsibilities, with a strong background in construction project management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
