AI Development Expert

Join a talented team and drive progress in AI model development and architecture. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, be proactive, and excellent communicator.

Key responsibilities include designing and building multi-agent systems, developing RAG pipelines, applying advanced prompt engineering techniques, and contributing to the full agent execution cycle using TypeScript. Experience with production-grade agentic backends, knowledge of prompt engineering, model grounding, and context management is required.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or similar roles (ML Engineer, Applied Scientist)
  • Experience building multi-agent systems (e.g., LangGraph, LangFlow)
  • Strong expertise building RAG-based systems
  • Deep understanding of the agent execution lifecycle: knowledge/context handling, reasoning, planning, actions, and feedback
  • Resides in LATAM
