Lead AI Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AI Engineer to join our software development team. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions that accelerate software delivery and improve the developer experience.

  • This position requires strong expertise in Python and AI/ML development, as well as proven experience building AI-driven solutions with LLMs using prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years in software engineering with strong expertise in Python and AI/ML development.
  • Proven experience building AI-driven solutions with LLMs using prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Hands-on skills in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation with Terraform, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Docker.
  • Experience in AWS or GCP, microservices, APIs, and containerized deployments.
  • Ability to integrate AI into production systems with focus on scalability, performance, and security.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and comfort working in research-driven, fast-paced environments.
