**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Associate to join our team at Arrow Electronics, Inc. As a key member of our Inside Sales Team, you will provide exceptional internal and external customer service and sales support to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
• Provide expert customer service and sales support to both internal and external customers, including handling complex discrepancies and recommending solutions.
• Assist in maintaining performance expectations to enhance Arrow's position within each customer and supplier.
• Manage the Order to Invoice Process, including order entry, maintenance, and follow-up.
• Support the sales team with direct customer contact and provide first point of escalation for expedites and other issues.
• Handle branch service requests, RMA, and initiate CAR and FQR analysis.
• Submit customer surveys and correct post-delivery issues.
**Requirements**:
• Pursuing a college degree or graduated with a major in Business, International Relations, or equivalent.
• Experience with customer support required.
• Advanced English Proficiency.
• Advanced excel knowledge.
