Job Description

The APM ASC Consultant is expected to have a focus expertise in two main areas:

  • Performance monitoring solutions, their implementation and usage in any customer use case.
  • AIOps ecosystems: from data source selection and data ingestion, to data visualization and general knowledge on platforms such as Splunk and ELK.
Responsibilities
  • Advanced technology consulting abilities, including those to recognize, assess and map customer business needs to technology solutions.
  • Positions, scopes, and delivers high quality and valuable technical consulting and service engagements.
  • Stays abreast of new technology, capabilities, and acquiring any specializations or certifications relevant to his / her domain of expertise.
  • Builds a rapport with customers that enables oneself as a recognized technical authority or specialist of his/her domain.
About You
  • Technical skills (partial compliance accepted):
    - End User Experience Monitoring
    - Network Performance Monitoring
    - Application Performance Monitoring
    - Synthetic monitoring
    - Application load testing
    - IT Operation Analytics tools
    - Scripting / programming skills
    - ITIL and other IT Process Models knowledge.
  • Soft Skills and Experience:
    - Fluent in English and Spanish.
    - Related work experience in customer facing organizations within the IT and Telecom industry.
    - Can embrace new technologies, work in an autonomous manner, leading PoCs and pilots on new technologies to a success.
    - Customer facing soft skills, communication skills, presentation skills.
