We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and informative materials that support our business objectives.
About the Role:
This role is primarily focused on designing high-quality visual assets that effectively communicate our message to various stakeholders. You will work closely with our operations and real estate teams to ensure that all visual materials meet our standards and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and refine 2D and 3D maps with clear visual hierarchy and spatial accuracy
  • Format and structure real estate documents, including investment presentations, property reports, and marketing decks
  • Develop data-driven visual assets, such as charts, infographics, and property layouts, ensuring readability and professional presentation
  • Maintain consistent branding, layout structure, and formatting standards across all projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that visual assets meet practical business needs

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Canva and Figma (experience with additional design tools is a plus)
  • Experience in structuring and formatting presentations and documents for real estate or corporate use
  • Familiarity with 2D and 3D mapping tools or a willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work within structured design processes
  • Ability to handle repetitive design tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy
  • Previous experience in real estate, architecture, urban planning, or related fields is a plus
