Sales Process Optimization Specialist

The Sales Operations Analyst plays a critical role in streamlining sales processes, providing analytical support and managing sales tools to drive business success.
This position requires a unique blend of proactive thinking, operational expertise and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary contact for the global Sales team addressing day-to-day sales operations needs.
- Conduct due diligence on new sales opportunities ensuring efficiency and accuracy before commencing the sales cycle.
- Maintain and enforce proper CRM tool usage guaranteeing data accuracy and integrity within internal systems.
- Assist in managing the sales pipeline coordinating and facilitating sales transactions.
- Oversee the internal approval process of corporate contracts including deal valuation and contract validation.
- Collaborate with Finance to provide oversight and execution of daily weekly and monthly reports encompassing pipeline management sales analysis win/loss analysis and sales metrics.
- Participate in qualification calls with the sales team and senior management capturing meeting notes and action items.
- Prepare presentations and materials for the global sales team as needed.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding and experience working in a global sales team or with a global sales team.
- Familiarity with Sales Force automation tools.
- Excellent analytical and data analysis skills with proficiency in reporting tools.
- Able to partner cross-functionally throughout the organization.
- Strong MS Excel and PPT skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Knowledge of business communication via emailing presentations and conference meetings.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
- University Degree required.
