Senior UX Researcher

Our Research & Development Team is seeking an exceptional Senior UX Researcher to join our multicultural team responsible for crafting internal and external product experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and deliver user-centered experiences based on thorough research.
- Conduct and implement various research methods, including focus groups, surveys, card sorting, participatory design workshops, heuristic evaluations, and cognitive walkthroughs.
- Combine data-driven insights with user-centric methodologies to drive better results.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in UX research, with expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Strong understanding of research principles, the product development lifecycle, and the UX design process.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience working with agile teams and collaborating with designers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with advanced English language proficiency.
