We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join our team**.**
**Your main tasks will be**:
- Plan and conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing, etc.).
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define research goals and integrate findings into the product development cycle.
- Translate research insights into actionable recommendations.
- Develop user personas, customer journeys, and other artefacts that communicate user behaviour.
- Work with analytics to validate user behaviour and measure the impact of product changes.
- Generate product hypotheses together with the team based on insights from qualitative and quantitative research.
- Advocate for the user and ensure a user-centred approach across the organisation.
**We expect from you**:
- 3+ years of experience in UX research or a related role.
- Experience conducting usability testing and user interviews.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Maze, Lookback, Optimal Workshop, or similar.
- Ability to turn research insights into clear and impactful recommendations.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to generate product hypotheses and actionable insights.
