Senior UX Design Leader

We're seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team. This role requires someone who can transform complex business ideas into elegant digital experiences.
Transforming Complex Business IdeasThis involves leading end-to-end product design processes from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.
- Develop user-centric design solutions that meet client expectations;
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to define product requirements and translate them into design solutions;
- Design interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS products focusing on usability, scalability, and performance;
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives and customer needs;
- Create and maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite;
- Mentor junior designers and provide design critique and feedback within the team.
- Fully proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work for enterprise software especially in security, data visualization, or technical tools;
- Deep expertise with design tools like Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools such as Framer or Principle;
- Solid understanding of user flows, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy for B2B software;
- Experience working in agile development environments with strong collaboration skills alongside Product Managers and Engineers;
