Pre-Sales Solution Architect Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned Pre-Sales Solution Architect Specialist to join our team at Hitachi Vantara Corporation. As a key member of our global team, you'll be responsible for establishing business relationships with clients across various industries, understanding their challenges, and delivering profitable business for our products, services, and solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Determining business outcomes, data challenges, and technical requirements
- Designing solution architectures and assessing technical fit
- Creating compelling customized presentations and crafting custom solutions that differentiate our technical portfolio and services
- Conducting technical Q&A sessions, demonstrating product features, and utilizing best practices to foster Design Thinking and a passion for the customer experience
- Collaborating with data storage experts, server specialists, and hybrid cloud consultants to deliver solution proposals, consultative sales engineering, and POC Leadership
- 10+ years of experience in a Consulting Presales role in the Storage Industry or in a High-Value Solutions Infrastructure company
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies such as Server technologies, Virtualization/VMware, Business Continuity, Data Protection, SAN, LAN/WAN
- Hybrid Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, AZURE, etc.)
- Knowledgeable in ESX, vSAN, NSX, vRealize desired
- Enterprise applications knowledge like ERP, CRM, etc. would be a plus
- Track record of success in Business Technology related sales
- Excellent white boarding skills
- Strong presentation skills
