Job Overview

The Site Activation Manager role encompasses overseeing the start-up phase of projects, where strategy and implementation converge to activate study sites from award until open to enrollment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to pre-award and bid defense meeting activities, providing expertise on project strategies.
  • Develop site activation delivery strategies based on project scope and specifics, including timelines for site identification, regulatory, contract, and start-up elements.
  • Oversee the execution of site activation strategies, focusing on delivering sites within agreed timelines, while proactively identifying and addressing risks.
  • Communicate with clients, project team members, and local regulatory specialists on study sites' status, activation projections, risks, and opportunities to ensure successful strategy execution.
  • Mentor and coach colleagues as required, ensuring accurate completion and maintenance of internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans with project-specific information.
