Job Description

The Site Facing Line Manager (SFLM) plays a critical role in supporting clinical study execution by assisting clinical research staff with task execution dedicated to specific studies or groups of studies at research sites. The goal is to accelerate study deliverables while ensuring quality delivery of site worker services and overall performance throughout the study lifecycle.

This role is home-based, requiring strong organizational skills to handle competing priorities and a high degree of adaptability in a dynamic, global environment.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the PSCS team and project delivery teams to support execution of study tasks for site workers supporting research sites as part of the SES project scope.
  • Engage with workers and internal team members to ensure high-quality delivery of tasks with significant impact.
  • Ensure administrative requirements of site workers are met, including timecoding and timesheet completion.
  • Enable site workers to perform required tasks by ensuring technical access to systems required by IQVIA.
  • Communicate with site workers and project teams to monitor and improve service quality and impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Approximately 5 years of experience in clinical trials is required. Knowledge of patient recruitment practices and site-based processes and workflows is essential. Ability to apply ICH/GCP and regulatory guidelines in service delivery is also necessary.

Languages: Native Spanish, advanced English, and Portuguese for positions based in Argentina; Native Portuguese, advanced Spanish, and English for positions based in Brazil.
