Medical Instrumentation Specialist

The role of a Field Service Professional involves installing, repairing, upgrading and performing critical repairs on medical instrumentation in their assigned regional area.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborates with the Area Manager, Supervisor and local Engineer to resolve high-profile escalations.
- Diagnoses and repairs designated products within the assigned service area, including preventative maintenance, installations and upgrades.
- Audits field service reports for complete and accurate information.
- Sustains revenue growth through the promotion and retention of service agreements.
- Maintains effective area management and expense control.
- Fosters strong relationships with key customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Technology or related fields preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years total related experience in Electronics, Fine Mechanics, Electro-mechanical, Optics, Data Management, Networking or Medical Field Service.
- Must possess and maintain current vendor credentials.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
