About the Neuroscience Sales Specialist Role

This role involves promoting drugs for neuro-psychiatric and neuro-rare diseases to healthcare professionals, delivering clinical information in a compliant manner.

The position requires developing a territory business plan to meet sales objectives, establishing relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders, addressing customer questions and concerns using selling skills, and partnering with internal colleagues to deliver coordinated solutions.

It also involves providing guidance on product pricing and distribution channels, accurately tracking and reporting sales activities and customer interactions, and representing the company at conferences and meetings.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of neuroscience and market dynamics, the ability to serve as a trusted resource in the medical community, proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual engagement platforms, and strong grasp of payer dynamics.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; life sciences preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of healthcare sales experience.
  • Demonstrated advanced selling skills and leadership abilities.
  • Proven success in influencing diverse healthcare professional audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
