Job Title: Partner Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with expertise in 3PL growth path development, training system creation, and end-to-end experience management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing the 3PL Growth Path: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for capacity improvement among 3PLs across different lifecycle stages. Develop comprehensive training courses to promote merchant growth and capability enhancement, covering platform operations, marketing tool usage, and order management.
  • Establishing NPS Monitoring System: Implement a robust monitoring system to track Net Promoter Score (NPS) from merchants, conducting quarterly surveys and monthly interviews to gauge satisfaction levels and pain points. Analyze data to drive strategic adjustments and optimize the 3PL experience.
  • Creating a 3PL Honor System: Develop a recognition framework to enhance satisfaction among 3PLs, including award ceremonies and online exposure, thereby improving the platform's reputation.
  • Data Analysis and Project Management: Utilize data analysis skills, preferably with SQL, to extract insights and inform strategic decisions. Lead projects like 3PL experience optimization or training system development, demonstrating project management prowess through cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Communication and Languages: Possess excellent communication and empathy skills, enabling effective training sessions for 3PLs as a lecturer. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.

Requirements:

  • Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in 3PL or merchant operations within the food delivery/local services platform industry, with a preference for candidates familiar with the Brazilian market and full lifecycle management of 3PLs.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and SQL skills, with the ability to extract insights from data.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Experience: Previous experience leading projects such as 3PL experience optimization or training system development.
