About This Role

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to manage relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.

This role is accountable for ensuring smooth operations, developing action plans, and executing them in partnership with BPOs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and tracking action plans with BPO partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Conducting operational improvements in partnership with BPOs.
  • Daily checkpoints with BPO teams to discuss action plans and track efficiency.
  • Meetings with internal stakeholders to discuss adjustments and broader projects affecting core KPIs.
  • Driving dedicated operations to catch improvement opportunities through agent and staff feedback.
  • Tracking operational performance to surface trends and inefficiencies.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance user experience.

Additionally, this role requires:

  1. Ensuring the adoption of new processes by BPO teams.
  2. Delivering increase in key core KPIs such as customer satisfaction and SLA.
