Technical Product Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our AI Core team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about building products for developers and has a strong technical background.

This individual will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the tools and platforms that will accelerate the adoption of AI across various sectors.

The ideal candidate will work closely with top engineers to identify their needs, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that they love to use.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy: Co-create and align the AI Core team's product vision, strategy, and roadmap with overall company goals, working closely with engineering
  • Developer-First Mindset: Collaborate with the AI engineering team as the customer advocate; engineers will interact with developers to gather insights to inform the roadmap and backlog
  • Technical Roadmap: Co-create the product backlog with the engineering team, prioritize features, and write clear product specifications
  • Cross-functional Collaboration and Communication: Work with other engineering and product teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption
  • AI Evangelist: Stay up-to-date with AI advancements and identify opportunities to apply them to real-world problems
  • Measure Success: Define and analyze metrics to measure impact and success of the AI Core team's products
  • Leverage AI: Use AI tools in day-to-day work to improve productivity and better understand user needs
Requirements:
  • Experienced Builder: Strong technical background with experience as a Software Engineer or Technical Product Manager for developer-focused products
  • AI Enthusiast: Passionate about AI and machine learning, actively experimenting with new AI tools and technologies
  • Product-Minded Engineer: Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements; comfortable with the 'why' as much as the 'how'
  • Excellent Communicator: Able to articulate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Problem Solver: Critical thinker who can break down complex problems and find innovative solutions
  • Leader and Influencer: Can inspire and motivate a team of engineers to build great products
