As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization by leading quality assurance initiatives and mentoring junior team members. Your goal will be to drive continuous improvement of processes, designing, developing, and executing test strategies, analyzing complex data, and ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

The role involves leading the development and implementation of comprehensive test strategies and plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality goals and objectives, and driving continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and methodologies.

You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior quality engineers, developing and maintaining clear and concise documentation for all quality assurance activities, and working effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
