Spearhead Agile initiatives and optimize team dynamics as a seasoned Senior Scrum Master. This mid-to-senior level position demands 7+ years of experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, collaborating with Product Owners, and promoting Agile best practices.
Responsibilities:- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive team efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product backlogs and prioritize features.
- Identify and mitigate impediments to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Promote Agile methodologies and principles among team members to ensure seamless adoption.
- Monitor and communicate key performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or other Agile project management tools.
- Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
