Job Title: Bilingual Receptionist

The bilingual receptionist plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service to employees and visitors. This key position requires a strong commitment to delivering an excellent experience for both groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, both in person and in written communications.
  • Receive and register visitors according to established procedures.
  • Notify staff of visitor arrivals and provide directions as needed.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding local services, amenities, and building locations.
  • Manage access procedures and provide guest wireless access codes.
  • Communicate incoming deliveries to staff and record them in the logbook.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, or messages; respond to general inquiries and support administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a professional presentation of the front desk and lobby areas.
  • Coordinate event support with the business events team, ensuring requirements are met within scope.
  • Assist with parking issues and assign parking spaces to employees.
  • Record employee attendance at the office.
  • Maintain and update the SOP manual for the Lobby Area.
  • Enter service requests and update work order statuses in the system.
  • Assist with maintenance issues, including system entry.
  • Provide access to maintenance providers following site EHS procedures.
  • Monitor entry to secured areas; contact security immediately in case of breaches or problems.
  • Initiate emergency procedures as per location plans.
  • Complete required reports related to the role.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor's degree in customer service or related field.
  • Experience in customer service.
