Senior Manager, Release Train Executive

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business agility and deliver value at scale as our Senior Manager, Release Train Engineer.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and have demonstrable experience in orchestrating multi-functional collaboration.
- Lead and support the Sales Agile Release Train (ART)
- Establish and maintain the ART calendar, including Iterations and Program Increments (PIs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive PI Planning readiness, enabling synthesis of Vision, Roadmap, and Backlogs through continuous exploration practices
- Facilitate PI Planning events and associated Pre- and Post-PI planning meetings
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience running Scaled Agile (SAFe) programs in large, matrixed environments
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery models, with the ability to coach teams and executives in Lean-Agile principles
- Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills, especially across global and multi-functional stakeholder groups

This position requires a deep understanding of SAFe principles and a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced, regulated environments.
