
Senior Advertising Creative Specialist

We seek a highly skilled advertising creative specialist to drive measurable improvements in core advertising metrics across digital channels through improved creatives. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in direct response marketing, with expertise in creating paid advertisements specifically for Meta Platforms and direct response marketing.
The successful candidate will manage the full creative process of ad briefs, from scripting to final creative, to produce high-converting assets. Key objectives include writing compelling copy for listicles, advertorials, quiz funnels, and more; driving measurable improvements in core advertising metrics; scripting UGC Direct Response Creatives; and analyzing data from creative performance on Meta to improve and refine our creatives.
Requirements:- Fully remote work environment.
- Fluent English language skills.
- 4+ Years of experience in direct response marketing or working at a creative agency.
- Proficiency in performance analytics tools, such as Triple Whale, Motion, and spreadsheets.
- Experience with creating UGC content for paid channels.
- Strong creative and analytical mindset, with ability to generate fresh ideas and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage the full creative process of ad briefs, from scripting to final creative, to produce high-converting assets.
- Write compelling copy for listicles, advertorials, quiz funnels, and more.
- Drive measurable improvements in core advertising metrics across digital channels through improved creatives.
- Script UGC Direct Response Creatives.
- Analyze data from creative performance on Meta to improve and refine our creatives.
- Write 15-25+ high-converting ad scripts per week for Meta Platforms.
- Weekly iterations on top-performing ads to improve performance.
- Collaborate with editors and designers to ensure ads are visually compelling and on-brand.
- Present performance analyses and creative strategies to the marketing team.
- Continuously refine ad concepts and troubleshoot underperforming campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
