O que você fará por aqui:- Conduzir processos de caça de candidatos de ponta a ponta;
- Prospectar novos clientes e gerar oportunidades de negócios;
- Entrevistar e mapear candidatos, entregando shortlists qualificados;
- Atuar consultivamente com clientes, entendendo suas necessidades e propondo soluções estratégicas.
Para este cargo buscamos profissionais com:
- Experiência em consultoria de recrutamento e/ou vendas consultivas (B2B);
- Perfil empreendedor, autônomo e orientado a resultados;
- Habilidade de negociação e comunicação;
- Ensino Superior completo;
- Inglês avançado é um diferencial.
