Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI expert to join our team as an advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to identify their needs and develop strategic AI solutions.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering predictive and generative AI solutions in business settings. They should have strong communication skills, able to present complex ideas to executives and non-technical stakeholders alike.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with sales and business teams to shape compelling AI offerings;
  • Collaborate with clients to define AI roadmaps, prioritize use cases, and translate business needs into actionable AI solutions;
  • Design and lead proof-of-concepts using Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, RAG pipelines, agents) and Predictive AI (e.g., forecasting, classification, clustering);
  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor, helping clients understand where AI fits in their product or data journey;
  • Contribute to proposals, workshops, and documentation for AI adoption initiatives;
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of AI/ML experience, with proven delivery of both predictive and generative AI solutions in business settings;
  • Demonstrated consulting experience (e.g., client-facing, pre-sales support, fractional CTO work, or agency consulting);
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Claude, open-source LLMs, vector databases, LangChain/RAG architectures);
  • Experience building or advising on predictive modeling pipelines, using tools like scikit-learn, XGBoost, Prophet, etc.;
  • Strong communication skills: able to present to executives and business users, explain technical concepts, and tell compelling data stories;
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to kickstart projects, shape ambiguous goals, and move fast with confidence;
