Artificial Intelligence Implementation Specialist

We are searching for a dynamic and results-driven professional with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in emerging technologies, especially Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in process and project management, as well as digital transformation.

Job Overview:

This role is responsible for leading and assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of AI implementation projects across the company to improve internal KPIs by each area. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams, supporting AI transformation initiatives, and ensuring the seamless integration of AI solutions into existing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of AI implementation projects to drive efficiency, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor and support system workflows to ensure smooth project management execution, including planning, process mapping, development, and implementation.
  • Propose innovative solutions and best practices for Sales, Marketing, and SCM areas.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, IT, and operations teams to identify challenges that can be solved with AI.
  • Help assess and select appropriate AI tools, platforms, or vendors aligned with business needs.
  • Support in data preparation, cleansing, and governance to ensure quality inputs for AI/ML models.
  • Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables using agile or waterfall methodologies.
  • Contribute to change management, including user training, documentation, and adoption strategies.
  • Monitor pre and post-implementation performance metrics to validate ROI and continuous improvement.

Background & Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Administration.
  • Microsoft Office Advanced
  • Expertise in Asana Project Management, ChatGPT is a plus.
  • Language: Advanced English is mandatory.
