Job Overview:

We are searching dynamic and results-driven Junior Manager with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in emerging technologies, especially Artificial Intelligence. Demonstrates a solid foundation in process, project management and digital transformation, with a focus on driving efficiency, automation, and data-driven decision-making. Adept at coordinating cross-functional teams, supporting AI transformation initiatives, and ensuring the seamless integration of AI solutions into existing SCM/Sales/Marketing driven processes.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of AI implementation projects across the company to improve internal KPI´s by each area.
    • Monitor and support system workflows to ensure smooth project management execution (planning, process mapping, development and implementation).
      • Propose innovative solutions and best practices for Sales/Marketing/SCM areas
        • Collaborate with data scientists, IT, and operations teams to identify SCM/Sales/Marketing challenges that can be solved with AI.
          • Help assess and select appropriate AI tools, platforms, or vendors aligned with business needs.
            • Support in data preparation, cleansing, and governance to ensure quality inputs for AI/ML models.
              • Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables using agile or waterfall methodologies.
                • Contribute to change management, including user training, documentation, and adoption strategies.
                  • Monitor pre and post-implementation performance metrics to validate ROI and continuous improvement.

Background & Experience

  • Bachelor: Bachelor of Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Administration.
  • Microsoft Office Advanced
  • Expertise in Asana Project Management, ChatGPT is a plus.
  • Language: Advanced English is mandatory.
