Job Title: Senior Staff BCO - Regulatory Compliance Expert
We are dedicated to simplifying complexity and empowering individuals in their daily lives by revolutionizing financial services.
We operate one of the world's largest digital banking platforms, serving millions of customers across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia.
About the Role:This is an internal control position with a global scope, offering the opportunity to grow into a leadership role if you can demonstrate how a team could enhance our efficiency and compliance with increased support.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand applicable regulations and explain them to stakeholders based on business realities.
- Provide assessments to the first line through regulatory requirement discovery.
- Collaborate with the 1st Line of Defense to co-create and finalize end-to-end action plans for regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate and support responses to regulators and auditors on relevant matters.
- Technical expertise in Compliance.
- Ability to challenge various lines of defense.
- Strong prioritization skills.
- Capacity to build strong relationships with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication skills (concise and clear).
- Hands-on approach with ownership.
