Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Threat Intelligence Solutions business across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute region-specific growth plans, defining key performance indicators, revenue targets, and expansion strategies to drive business sustainability.
  • Sales Performance: Oversee sales teams, nurture customer pipelines, identify new opportunities, and create business cases to scale our offerings.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with global teams to refine and localize solutions based on customer feedback and regional needs.
  • Cybersecurity Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of emerging threats and market trends, shaping Mastercard's security posture across the payment and financial sectors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Cyber Risk Management: Proven expertise in threat intelligence, information security, and risk management.
  • Painments and Financial Sector Experience: Strong industry knowledge and experience working with financial institutions, payment networks, or fintechs.
  • Proven Product Leadership: Background in product management, go-to-market strategy, and customer-driven innovation.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong business acumen, financial expertise, and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder influence, and impact driving in a fast-paced environment.
