We're seeking a Customer Success Engineer to build strategic partnerships with mid-sized industrial clients. You'll lead customized onboarding programs, provide expert support, and develop success plans to maximize the value of our solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities- Onboarding Programs: Design and execute tailored onboarding processes for mid-market clients, focusing on predictive maintenance and operational efficiency.
- Strategic Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with client teams, aligning our solutions with their operational goals.
- Data Analysis: Analyze client data to uncover insights and recommend process improvements.
- Factory Floor Support: Visit factory floors to identify areas for optimization and offer practical solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Production) or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years in maintenance, production, or industrial environments, with prior experience as a supervisor or coordinator.
- Proven ability to work directly with factory teams and decision-makers to implement technical solutions.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting operational data and identifying trends.
- Experience with CRM systems and maintenance management tools is advantageous.
