We are currently seeking a highly skilled legal professional with expertise in commercial and contractual matters to contribute to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal counsel to regional and business teams operating in Latin America and the US Time Zones, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Collaborate in reviewing contracts and assist in developing comprehensive legal and compliance training programs.
  • Support other critical legal projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in Law or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience, including previous experience working with US agreements and advanced English proficiency.
  • Excellent English skills and experience dealing with international business issues, particularly in the Americas.
