As a Sales Executive** **at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:
For the team, we are looking for talented, communicative, agile, flexible, and passionate sales professionals. You will be an account manager: you will have direct contact with the customer, be able to solve any problems presented, will support contractual doubts.

**Main activities**:

- The main responsibilities of this role are as follows:

- Carry out sales in a consultative manner, being responsible for the entire sales flow.
- Actively prospect with potential customers.
- Hold periodic meetings with suppliers in your portfolio, in order to propose new solutions.
- Carry out follow-up according to the funnel stages.
- Prepare, present and send commercial proposals.
- Negotiate commercial conditions for closing deals;
- Maintain the organization of the agenda and fill out the CRM assertively to highlight the information of each lead/client.
- Negotiate retention with suppliers in possible Churn.
- Carry out face-to-face visits when necessary.
- Participation in fairs and other business events.
- Identify improvements to the process and/or products.

**Required Skills **and** Experience**:

- Complete high school.
- Commercial experience.
- Good oral and written communication.
- Skill with technology (use of notebooks, spreadsheets, systems and google tools);
- Good problem solving, planning, and organizing skills.
- Desired Skills and Experience:

- Desirable English Language.

**Technician and experience**:

- Junior - 01 year of experience
- Business Manager - Over 3 years of experience
- Senior - Over 7 years of experience.
