Job Description

We are seeking a skilled accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily bookkeeping and general ledger entries, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, reconciling bank statements, accounts, and vendor invoices, handling payroll, tax filings, and compliance reporting, creating and maintaining financial dashboards for management, collaborating cross-functionally with operations, HR, and client teams, and implementing and improving financial systems and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven accounting experience (3+ years), preferably in a remote or agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of UK and international accounting principles.
  • Proficiency with accounting software like Xero, QuickBooks, or similar.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Bonus: Experience managing multi-entity or multi-currency books.
